What I am asking for is, just to stop the re-infliction of more damage :

Full responsibility taken for over a decade stolen from my life, including constant psychological terrorism. Total assurances that the NHS will never ever again think it is superior than myself at deciding what is in my own best interests, or the interests of my “Mental Health”.
